API does not return stolen BAYCs

Response: "stolen_nfts": []

But we all know BAYC has stolen items. For example tokenId:71

How often will this list be updated? Will it only be replenished or will returned items be removed from this list? How do you keep track of this list? According to the option of listing on OS?
